Matthew 26:38 (NIV) Then he said to them, “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.”
Jesus’ words here resonate with me. There have been so many times when I just wanted to scream “I feel so alone! I can’t do this by myself.” I think of my dear friends out there who are really doing this all alone. I pray for you and then I realize that we are truly not alone. God is at work in us, doing a good thing – a hard thing, but a good thing. Never give up. Reach out!
